Jose De Leon -- currently ranked as the Minors' No. 5 right-hander.
De Leon, who turned 23 in August, overwhelmed the Class A Advanced California League early last season, posting a 1.67 ERA and fanning 58 batters in just 37 2/3 innings for Rancho Cucamonga. The Puerto Rican righty, a 24th-round pick in 2013, was not quite as dominant with Tulsa but finished the season with 163 strikeouts -- fourth-most in the Minors -- in 114 1/3 innings overall.
